Green Earth Remediation: A Family Legacy
Green Earth Remediation was launched by Zach Schultz,
who comes from a long line of pest control specialists in Western Michigan.
The company was founded in 1994 as Schultz Pest Control by his father, Bill Schultz, and then a little while later the Radon Services was added. The new name became Schultz Pest Control and Radon Services. Zach’s father and grandfather were in the pest control business, so he grew up learning the trade and seeing the importance of these services firsthand tagging along with his dad on pest control jobs.
After going to college and considering other career options, Zach eventually decided to go into the family business himself, building on his knowledge of pest control and learning all about radon mitigation systems at the same time. In 2023 Zach partnered with Greg Pucci, a local successful home services entrepreneur to take the reigns of the family business.
The business grew quickly solely through customer referrals driven by our hard work and commitment to effective solutions for homeowners and businesses—we didn’t know much about marketing when we got started. Zach and our team have continually worked to further build our expertise and gain a reputation as a trustworthy, reliable company with a growing number of locations. Even though we’ve gotten bigger and a little better at advertising through the years, we are still committed to the same level of service you’d expect from a local, family-owned business.
Today, we go by the name Green Earth Remediation, a name we feel better aligns with our commitment to rigorous health and safety protocols and environmentally friendly pest control and radon mitigation solutions.
