Joe and William came out and took care of us today with getting our Radon System installed. I am super happy! First call was based on carpenter bee’s boring holes in my house wood eves. They promptly came out, explained the process and completed plus walked around entire home looking for other areas of concern. As of 2 weeks - no bees! I then requested a radon test be done and the numbers were very high. They scheduled and completed the install to bring my levels down and then ran another test showing the results! Very friendly, very prompt, very professional.

We got a radon mitigation recently installed. The process was quick and easy. Very clean work and looks fine in our basement! Our radon levels were really high and as soon as we got our results back after installing the system, they dropped drastically! Makes us feel safer in our home knowing we have little ones and our house is pretty old! The nice part about it is you get a PDF with your results that can be sent to your email which is super convenient (:

I bought a house and tested the radon to be 10.5 on the lower level and 8.5 on the main floor master bedroom. Schultz came out to evaluate and give me a quote. I was pleasantly surprised at the price since it was about the same as I paid 30 years ago at my other house that needed less work. The crew came out soon after we agreed and did a very nice job. The latest radon test is .20. It basically is eliminated beyond my expectation.The guys were great and the install looks professional. They gave me a follow-up call after 30 days.

Zach came out right away and our Radon levels went from 9.5 down to 0.4.Even though our attic space was very small and our PVC vent was covered in spray foam, Zach crawled in there, chipped away the spray foam, and made it happen!Highly recommended!

I have used Bill and Schultz Pest Control on several occasions at several locations for pest and insect issues. They've always taken care of the problems on the initial visit.

Four years ago I bought my home it was tested for radon and it passed with no issues. I read that radon can change year-to-year so I decided to get it tested because my children were sleeping in our walkout basement . To my shock our levels were four times great from what the original test concluded, making it too much of a risk to my children’s health. Green Earth came in and they were on time quick, clean and did an excellent job and now I can sleep soundly at night knowing we have less Radon in our home where my children sleep! Get your home tested!!! You never know how things change.

They are honest, very professional, and have jump through hoops numerous times even after business hours to come assess and provide their thoughts on radon install for homes tested higher than acceptable radon levels during a home inspection for my buyers, as part of the purchase process. I have seen radon systems that have been installed incorrectly with the fan not functioning or unprofessionally in front of the house during home showings. Thus, I only use Green Earth who I know will take great care of my clients and do things the right way. Great experience every time we have used Schultz. We've had bugs sprayed with no issues after treatment. Then they took our radon levels from 12.1 down to .5 after a remediation system. They are fast, thorough, and have great communication thru the process.

Highly recommend Schultz Pest Control to anyone!!! They came out the same day that I called to remove a large yellow jacket nest on our property. The lady who returned my call to set up the appointment was extremely nice and pleasant. She returned my call in less than one hour. The guy who actually came over to our house to remove the yellow jacket nest was very nice and professional as well. He got the job done, and he got the job done well! We will definitely use Schultz Pest Control in the future again, if needed.
