Matt and his team, William and Joe, did a very good job educating, answering all of my questions and explaining where to best install my radon unit for maximim effectiveness, aesthetics, and to avoid damage to buried sewer lines. They were professional and pleasant. They installed it in 3 hours and the unit completely lowered my radon from daily averages of 5-8 to less than 1. I highly recommend this company. They also gave me an on site estimate instead of just over the phone.

After discovering a bees nest in my mulch, I called Green Earth remediation. They were very polite and respectful on the phone and responded to my call within 2 days. They arrived when they stated, sprayed my nest then also sprayed all around my condo for spiders. I noticed immediate results , no more bees or spiders!! It is of the few projects that I enjoyed. From the estimate to the conclusion the feedback and communication was excellent. Radon is not a laughing matter to start with, but these were professional that planned to solve the issue. They also wanted the installation to be done in a way that that it did not affect the exterior of the home t in a negative manner. Example : put the exhaust pipe in full view of the public.. It was an excellent experience. The results are impressive in dealing with radon gas readings before and after!

Great company to work with. I had four infestations of bald faced horns and wasps. They came out immediately! One visit and all the infestations were corrected. The tech was very friendly and explained everything to us. The visit included a 45 day guarantee. Just call if I saw anything and they would be right out, no charge. There's really no other radon remediation team that will care about your home and family more than Green Earth. From the initial visit for the estimate to the final re-test after the system was installed, we were treated with respect and genuine care. When the first radon test came back high, it was pretty concerning. Greg and his team made sure we were comfortable with the plan and location for the system, as we have a new build, and the system was installed and up and running in no time. We definitely sleep easier knowing radon is no longer poisoning our family. Green Earth can not be beat!

My husband and I had a great experience with Green Earth Remediation! Our radon level was 4.8 on our pre purchase inspection of our house. We contacted Green Earth about installing a mitigation system. They answered quickly and were quick with coming for an estimate. Installation was quick too! Every person we interacted with was professional and knowledgeable. Our system has been working perfectly, and our post installation level was 0.4! Their price was reasonable and fair too. Green Earth Remediation was launched by Zach Schultz,
who comes from a long line of pest control specialists in Western Michigan.

The company was founded in 1994 as Schultz Pest Control by his father, Bill Schultz, and then a little while later the Radon Services was added. The new name became Schultz Pest Control and Radon Services. Zach’s father and grandfather were in the pest control business, so he grew up learning the trade and seeing the importance of these services firsthand tagging along with his dad on pest control jobs.

After going to college and considering other career options, Zach eventually decided to go into the family business himself, building on his knowledge of pest control and learning all about radon mitigation systems at the same time. In 2023 Zach partnered with Greg Pucci, a local successful home services entrepreneur to take the reigns of the family business.

The business grew quickly solely through customer referrals driven by our hard work and commitment to effective solutions for homeowners and businesses—we didn’t know much about marketing when we got started. Zach and our team have continually worked to further build our expertise and gain a reputation as a trustworthy, reliable company with a growing number of locations. Even though we’ve gotten bigger and a little better at advertising through the years, we are still committed to the same level of service you’d expect from a local, family-owned business.

Today, we go by the name Green Earth Remediation, a name we feel better aligns with our commitment to rigorous health and safety protocols and environmentally friendly pest control and radon mitigation solutions.
