This older home had heavy clay underneath the basement slab, this made the removal of the substrate difficult but we were able to create a large suction pot. The vacuum pressure indicates the system’s CFM of air being pulled underneath the basement slab is working well.
This radon mitigation system installation went well. The house is a walkout and had interior drain tile along only the front portion of the foundation and none along the sides. The radon system should be working fine but we guarantee our work and if we need to comeback and add a higher suction fan to the system to achieve low radon levels we will.
