High levels of radon can be found in any indoor space, including homes, office buildings, and schools in Caledonia. This is a picture of another radon mitigation system we installed in an attic space. This house had drain tile under the basement slab around the inside perimeter of the home so we guaranteed to bring the radon levels down below 1 pCi/L.
This radon system was installed today for a custom home builder. He was very happy with the finished product and our service. He’s going to paint the exterior portion of the radon reduction system to blend it in with the color of the house so that it’s more discrete.
Don’t let mosquitoes become an issue this summer. Last year there was a lot of mosquitoes and this summer is predicted to be more wet than the last, wet conditions and more than average rain predicted in the long term weather forecast means a lot of mosquitoes will be buzzing around.
