Just treated a 4 unit rental property for carpenter ants. The tenants were seeing carpenter ants in there apartment so the landlord called us to take care of the pest problem. The treatment I applied is will stop them and I guarantee to solve the problem and will come back to make sure they are gone if need be.

Just solved a carpenter ant problem for a customer here in Spring Lake. This customer had carpenter ants that were showing up inside the house. I found the colony that was inside an exterior wall in between the siding and in a void where the AC line went into the house.
This radon mitigation system we just installed this evening was routed into the sump opening. We use clear polycarbonate covers to seal the sump crocks. Our radon systems pull a vacuum through the interior drain tile. This is often times the most effective way to mitigate dangerous levels of radon gas inside a residential home.
